Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Refunds: For online courses, you must watch 70% of the course to ask for a refund.  If you are unsatisfied after watching most of the course, I will refund your money.   For offline coaching, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between services and/or students. Note: If a student chooses to delay the application and informs BlueSkies, at BlueSkies’ discretion, the fees may be carried forward by 1 year. An additional amount may be added for work which is duplicated.

  2. Cancellations: You may cancel your online engagement at any time.  You may ask for a refund on online courses if the above is satisfied.  You may cancel your offline coaching at any time but please see refunds to determine whether you are eligible.

  3. Process: To request a refund or cancellation, email us at tina@blueskiesprep.co with your order details.
